Kuping
Gajah (Elephant Ears)
Hariyati
Fahey from Indonesia
These
pastries are called this because they are shaped
like elephant ears. They are a favorite of many
people in my country. They are served at weddings,
at Christmas time and at the Idul-Fitre, a
celebration for Muslims (Ramadan).
They
are one of my favorite foods. I like them because
they have a chocolate taste.
