My ancestors came from Spain and Italy.
That's the reason why my last name is
Constanza.

The
Origin of My Name
Manuel
A. Constanza
from El Salvador
In
1862, when El Salvador was colonized by the
Spanish, fifty European families stood in San
Vicente at the foot of the tree which is called
Tempisque.
The
fifty families were going to settle around El
Salvador. One family was called Marin
Constanzo.
This
family went to San Ildefonso, a little town in a
suburban area, eighty kilometers west of the
capital, San Salvador.
My
ancestors came from Spain and Italy. That's the
reason why my last name is Constanza. The
geneological tree comes from Spain and Italy.
In
Europe there is a little island called Constanza. I
am not sure if my ancestors came from this island,
but truly my geneological tree is from Europe.
