tastes delicious. I like to prepare it, but it's very hard
to get a pilchard fish here in Australia. I'm sure you will
enjoy eating this Filipino food.

Method of preparing the pilchard fish:
you have to clean and cut the head off the pilchard fish
and put it into a bowl.
the vinegar into the bowl.
the lemon in half and squeeze it.
the sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, ginger, and salt to
taste in the bowl.
it out for one hour in the refrigerator before you eat
for the best way of preparing this dish
is caught at the beach. It is cooked over a fire and eaten
with salt and vinegar with your fingers.
